Job Locations: Shanghai/Nantong / Wuhan, China

• Work in analytical and bioanalytical groups to provide analytical activities needed for drug discovery and development
• Optimize work flow and identify and implement new technologies to improve quality and efficiency of the work
• Evaluate requests from clients and propose reasonable study plans
• Provide technical trainings and coaches to team members to solve project challenges
• Closely and timely communicate with internal and external clients on project progress details
• Establish new capabilities to explore more business growth opportunities

• Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in analytical field.
• Experience with bioanalytical and CMC analytical services for discovery and development.
• Hands-on expertise in analytical and bioanalytical method development, troubleshooting, and validation experience using various techniques such as LC/LCMS, GC/GCMS as well as protein quantitation.
• Self-motivated, excellent time management, organizational, and proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize objectives, and manage resources to achieve established deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and mandarin Chinese.
