Job Location: Shanghai, China

• Develop and apply computational approaches for both internal and external needs related with hit discovery
• Engage and influence interdisciplinary project teams for decision-making from library design to hit triaging.
• Support integration of new technologies to enhance scientific excellence and productivity including the expansion of DEL informatics
• Collaborate with MedChem team for direction setting from early to late-stage

• Advanced degree in computational chemistry, computational biology or related field
• 5 years of academic or industrial experience in applying computational methods to drug discovery
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the approaches including: Structure-based Drug Design, Virtual Screening, Hit and Lead Finding
• Experience in team management and collaboration
• Familiar with open-source cheminformatics toolboxes including RDKit and Open Babel
