• Responsible for bioanalysis of large molecule drugs (mAb, fusion protein, etc.), including the sample analysis of PK, ADA, Nab.
• Design and perform method development and validation of PK, ADA, Nab. Interpret data and provide technical solutions in applications as needed.
• Prepare the SOPs and reports that are compliant with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). Summarize lab results in a timely and precise manner.
• Accountable for lab management including equipment and daily maintenance

• Master’s and PhD in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Molecular/Cell Biology or other related disciplines.
• Knowledge and research experience in the bioanalysis of mAb drugs, and/or proven analytical skills such as ELISA, bioassay, protein assay. Familiar with data management and analysis
• Language proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Detail-oriented with a strong execution ability in the lab environment
• A team player with strong communication skills
