Overview

This role will, develop and oversee global compensation and benefits programs and initiatives that support attracting and retaining high caliber talent. The role will assess the total rewards programs of the US and EU region for competitiveness in the contract research and manufacturing sector within “Life Science Arena".

 

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive responsibilities including the development and oversight of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience working in complex global organizations with geographic and functional matrixed reporting relationships.
  • Proven experience conducting global pay market analysis and building global compensation plans and programs.
  • Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Experience in engaging and developing employees.
  • Vendor management experience in overseeing third party performance and quality.

Qualifications

Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduate level education in a related subject is highly beneficial.
  • Consultative approach to business partnership. Strong strategic thinking and leadership to envision, to engage different key stakeholders and to enable team to execute the desired result.
  • Strong financial acumen including ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, math/statistical aptitude with professional and accurate output.
  • Strong people and project management/organizational skills to lead initiatives.
