Overview

Minaris Advanced Therapies is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented Market Development Manager to lead regional marketing activities that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation in support of commercial growth.

This is a marketing-focused role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing external marketing initiatives across the assigned region. The Market Development Manager will collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales Operations, and Internal Communications teams, while remaining primarily accountable for regional marketing execution.

While the role works in close partnership with Sales Operations, it is not responsible for sales operations activities such as lead tracking, sales funnel reporting, CRM system management, sales training, competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or business reporting. Instead, the Market Development Manager acts as both a collaborator and an internal customer of these services provided by Sales Operations, supporting their efforts when needed.

This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing professional passionate about applying their expertise in a fast-paced, international, mission-driven environment focused on advanced therapies.

Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, plan, and execute regional marketing activities aligned with global marketing strategies to build brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.
  • Localize and adapt global marketing campaigns to resonate within the region.
  • Implement advertising, content marketing, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Manage the development and posting of social media related to regional marketing activities.
  • Work with local business development teams to create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to strategic client targets.

Campaign and Demand Generation Support

  • Execute or help support multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, webinars) locally to nurture interest and generate leads.
  • Lead execution of regional social media posts and management of local social network connection and employee support - focusing on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Responsible for updating corporate website with regional events and supporting and assisting with other website updates as needed.
  • Identify and capitalize on local marketing opportunities presented by regional trade associations, industry groups, and networking organizations.
  • Liaise with Business Development and Sales Operations to ensure alignment and awareness of marketing initiatives that support business development goals and targets.
  • Ensure all marketing-generated leads are captured and appropriately transferred into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for further processing by Sales Operations and Business Development teams.

Event and Trade Show Management

  • Plan, organize, and manage Minaris’ presence at regional industry conferences, trade shows, and Minaris-hosted events.
  • Coordinate logistics and overall company activities including presentations, networking activities, one-on-one meeting calendars, sponsorship details, and any exhibit presence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, control budgets, and ensure all event related deadlines are met.
  • Support preparation of internal teams participating in events to maximize impact and engagement and ensure post-event reporting is complete.
  • Maintain inventory of physical assets utilized at regional events such as signage, collateral, promo items and portable booths.
  • Engage with event attendees and delegates and be capable of representing the company and its capabilities in addition to providing on-site logistical support and coordination of all company activities.

Support for Internal Communications (as needed)

  • Provide marketing expertise and creative support for internal communications initiatives when requested (e.g., logistics and coordination of in person events, design support, brand alignment, messaging advice).
  • Collaborate with internal communications specialists as needed to ensure key marketing messages are delivered to employees in your local region.

Brand Governance and Thought Leadership Development

  • Act as the regional "brand police," ensuring consistent and correct application of Minaris’ visual identity, messaging, and branding standards across all local marketing activities and materials.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the region to identify opportunities for the creation, packaging, and promotion of thought leadership content.
  • Support the development and launch of corresponding marketing campaigns to amplify expert insights and reinforce Minaris’ positioning in the industry.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to support sales enablement efforts when needed, while acting as an internal customer of services such as CRM management, sales reporting, and market intelligence.
  • Provide marketing feedback and regional insights to Sales Operations and Business Development to strengthen alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or demand generation, ideally in the (Bio)Pharma, CDMO, or Life Sciences industries.
  • Strong skills in project management, campaign execution, event coordination, social media marketing, and content development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling ability is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Highly organized, independent, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented approach with a willingness to take full ownership and accountability for all local marketing activities.
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize activities and tasks based on time sensitivity and a clear sense of the required path for successful execution.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset depending on the region.
