Overview

As a global CRDMO (Contract Research, Development and Manufacturing Organization) with operations across Asia, Europe, and North America, we provide global pharmaceutical services with innovators to turn scientific discoveries into real-world therapies.

Through its unique business models, WuXi AppTec’s integrated, end-to-end solutions include chemistry drug CRDMO, biology discovery, preclinical testing and clinical research services, helping customers improve the productivity of advancing healthcare products in a cost-effective and efficient way. Our fully integrated platform supports every stage of the drug development journey—from early drug discovery and preclinical testing to clinical development and commercial manufacturing.

Since we started in 2000, doing the right thing for patients is behind everything we do. Trusted by thousands of customers in over 30 countries, we help accelerate timelines to bring breakthrough treatments to the patients who need them most. What drives each one of us is simple: a shared vision that every drug can be made, and every disease can be treated.

This role encompasses recruitment across various levels and business units within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local talent trends and best practices and experience in sourcing, selection, and offer management.

  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, working closely with the TA team, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Collaborate on job descriptions and ensure postings receive maximum visibility across relevant platforms.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews, both virtually and in-person.
  • Schedule interviews accordingly.
  • Facilitate alignment and debrief sessions with hiring teams, providing expert guidance to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to help hiring managers understand competitive trends.
  • Extend, negotiate, and finalize competitive offers in alignment with internal compensation structures and market benchmarks.
  • Maintain and provide recruitment report updates to track progress, key metrics, and hiring trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Experience in the CRO/CRDMO/Biopharma industry is required.
  • Manufacturing site recruitment experience across all levels is highly desired.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a solution-oriented and consultative approach.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement strategies beyond traditional methods.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented contract recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to contribute to a growing organization, we would love to hear from you.
