The Senior Financial Analyst is a highly visible position responsible for financial reporting oversight, consistency, and analytical support across U.S. & EU business units. This role will collaborate with and provide direct business partner support to US operating unit leadership. This position will be the key team member responsible for financial data management for US finance and interface with the China finance team.

• Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, financial reporting tools, and data models to support leadership decision-making.
• Manage and enhance financial databases, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and usability across systems such as Great Plains, JDE, SAP S4, or other ERP platforms.
• Maintain and govern master data within Power BI and financial systems.
• Consolidate financial data from global accounting teams into centralized reporting databases.
• Oversee U.S./EU financial data integrity, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting.
• Serve as the finance business partner to U.S. operating unit leaders, providing insights to drive operational performance and profitability.
• Analyze monthly financial results, highlighting drivers of profitability, cost-savings opportunities, and progress toward strategic goals.
• Support business unit profitability through margin analysis, KPI tracking, operational performance reporting, and variance analysis.
• Complete monthly budget-versus-actual reporting and financial forecasting for U.S./EU operating units.
• Perform scenario modeling, cost modeling, and analysis of corporate-wide costs including benefits, bonus programs, staffing models, and compensation rates.
• Provide financial reporting packages and analysis for the China Corporate Finance team.
• Support ad-hoc analysis, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving financial visibility and business performance.
General Responsibilities

• Availability to work holidays or weekends as business needs require.
Experience / Education
• 5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a financial reporting role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains, JDE, SAP S/4, or similar.
• Experience with Power BI, and database management preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial data into understandable insights.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Anticipated salary range for CA residents: $86,097 to $112,101
