The Senior Director will be responsible to lead and manage one or multiple teams to provide DMPK platform service in the areas of ADME, Bioanalytical, PK/PD and Metabolism. He/she is responsible for developing and maintainig close positive relationships with project managers, core study team members, and others to drive collaboration and expectations, proactive risk management, productive interdepartmental communications, and excellent project delivery. Provide leadership and mentoring to the team for performance management, career development, recruitment and retention strategies.
