Overview

The Global CRM Systems Manager is responsible for managing, integrating, and continuously improving Salesforce and HubSpot across the Global Marketing and international Business Development teams. This role will serve as the primary system partner for CRM operations, translating business needs into scalable processes, automation, and reporting solutions that support effective lead management, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.

 

The ideal candidate is both technical and hands-on, with strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 

This role is 100% remote. Flexibility is required to support international teams and participate in meetings across different time zones when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously optimize Salesforce and HubSpot to support Global Marketing and the international BD team
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and user support, including user access, accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, campaigns, reports, and dashboards
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, forms, lists, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, campaigns, and marketing automation
  • Design and improve CRM processes across lead capture, qualification, routing, nurturing, sales follow-up, and conversion
  • Manage Salesforce & HubSpot integration, including field mapping, data synchronization, system monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Maintain CRM data quality and develop reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and business decision-making
  • Partner with Marketing, BD, IT, Data, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements, user training, and CRM-related projects

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing automation, or business systems
  • Strong hands-on expertise in both Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Proven experience with Salesforce–HubSpot integration, workflow automation, reporting, and data management
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and user-friendly system solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Flexible working hours are required to support international teams, cross-time-zone meetings, critical system launches, and urgent business needs

Preferred qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator and relevant HubSpot certification
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, middleware, or third-party integrations
  • Experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, CRO/CDMO, or B2B industry
