Ensure all mechanical/electrical equipment supporting the facility is maintained and functioning properly and make necessary repairs and/or perform maintenance, i.e., HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, generators, etc.
Ability to understand, operate and maintain Business Management System (BMS)
Lead small projects as assigned including builds outs, validations, system upgrades etc.
Have critical parts identified and on hand to minimize down time of HVAC systems and boilers
Maintain positive effective relationships with vendors, coworkers and both internal and external customers.
Possess the applicable license to take charge of and be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of all facilities boilers per PA and Philadelphia code.
Be "On call" for emergencies
Ability to respond to emergency alarms and events during off business hours, including weekends and holidays
High School Diploma and a Technical Certification (Electrical, Plumbing, Boiler or HVAC/R) required
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance required
Must obtain Boiler License
Ability to troubleshoot various equipment and conduct building repairs
