  • Overview

    The US Medical Device Team and WuXi AppTec is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. We are leaders in providing services to global Medical Device manufacturers that support regulatory submissions for new products and life-cycle management for existing product lines. However, we need to build our bench when it comes to promoting and supporting our business on the web. The Digital Marketing manager will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and executing a long-term digital marketing strategy that supports our current strategic marketing initiatives, enhances customer experience with WuXi AppTec and supports meeting revenue targets. We are looking for someone with proven abilities in B2B digital marketing who has experience copywriting, art direction and social media who can expand our brand’s reach while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks for ongoing measurement.
    • Generate monthly reports on digital campaign performance.
    • Optimize website and other digital media channels for SEO, lead generation, usability and customer experience.
    • Manage web content, utilizing additional resources as needed.
    • Analyze key metrics that measure our website traffic and digital campaigns, adjust to maximize performance and effectiveness as needed.
    • Collaborate with marketing managers and technical experts to develop content and increase marketing results.
    • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
    • Communicate with our Director of Marketing for Medical Devices, Business Unit Marketing Directors, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing about strategies, goals and results.
    • Engage corporate PR to obtain digital content approvals through and for appropriate channels.
    • Presents plans and results to stakeholders and leadership within the organization as requested.
    • Performs special projects and other duties as required.
    • Travel may be necessary to support events.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing required.
    • Experience in medical device, life sciences, or CRO industry preferred.
    • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices.
    • Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
    • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to present/influence senior leadership teams.
    • Outstanding organizational, analytical and Program and Project Management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to use judgment as dictated by complexity of situation.
