  • Responsibilities

    • Assist in project management of a bioanalytical team including PI/SD, bioanalyst and other related scientific staff. Oversee multiple projects/studies conducted at the same time.
    • Be well versed with WuXi’s program management system (e.g. PDMS) in tracking the progress of projects with regards to meeting timeline and finance milestones.
    • Be independent to communicate with sponsor and provide project updates regularly. And help PI/SD to communicate with sponsor professionally if necessary. Host client visit independently or jointly with directors.
    • Assist director to host regulatory inspections from client or regulatory agency.
    • Involve in process optimization to improve operation efficiency and quality to reduce the cost and improve customer’s satisfaction.
    • Be technically savvy and able to assist in technical trouble shooting.
    • Actively interacts with BD team for business promotion through liaison in operation capacity and market needs.
    • Assist bioanalytical team leader(s) to develop new capability and increase production capacity.
    • Conduct work described in the related SOPs and according to OECD, USFDA and CFDA, etc., GLP guidelines as well as other applicable regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Must be trained in or have experience with the requirements of FDA, CFDA and OECD GLP regulations.
    • BS, MS or PhD degree in a science discipline with minimum 3 years of industrial experience or training in bioanalysis, or equivalent.
    • Strong communication skills, including reading, written and verbal, and outstanding interpersonal skill are essential job requirement.
    • Must be able to openly share information and work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance objectives.
    • Have an engaging and dynamic attitude towards rapid issue resolution and communication.
    • Be skillful at reading, understanding and writing English documentation.
    • Must be experienced with standard analytical techniques for small molecule and/or large molecule.
