  • Overview

    • Providing a unique platform for participating in the whole DMPK process from preclinical screening to early clinical drug development.
    • Providing cross-functional cooperation with other departments, such as medicinal chemistry, biology, toxicology, pharmaceutical preparation and bioanalysis, to broaden the multidisciplinary knowledge quickly.
    • Providing all-round trainings, including systemic professional knowledge, project experience sharing, scientific training by senior leaders and high quality small-class English training by foreign teachers.


    • Supporting the ADME and pharmacokinetic study requirement during drug discovery and development stage as DMPK representative; designing the DMPK screening strategy and roadmap of candidate selection for preclinical and clinical development to complete IND and NDA filing; communicating with clients about the DMPK study request, including experimental design, existing problem and potential risk, to achieve an agreement in study plan.
    • Managing project efficiently: maintaining close contact with functional groups, quotation unit, marketing and sales, and other related departments to ensure the experimental progress and timely feedback to clients; leading and organizing the preparatory work for audits by clients and regulatory agency.
    • Submitting data results to clients with high quality and efficiency, analyzing in vitro-in vivo PK data comprehensively, and giving advice to clients for project promotion combining the pharmacological and toxic profiles.


    • Master and above; major in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmaceutical chemistry or other relevant fields.
    • Possessing excellent learning ability, good communication and cooperation skills, scientific literacy and problem solving capability.
    • Working experience in pharmaceutical/CRO company is a plus.
    • Fluent in both Chinese and English.
