  • Overview

    The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, administration and support of HR Systems, in alignment with HR programs, goals and initiatives. The position will analyze and interpret data to support the objectives of the HR department and business leaders.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain HR analytical tools, reporting and dashboards. This includes maintenance of data to support HR analytics needs and ensure accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics.
    • Using the HRIS and other information resources, generates a variety of department reports in order to compile related statistics and to provide useful information to the organization.
    • Performs HRIS audits to ensure accuracy of primary HRIS and integrations with other HR systems.
    • Assists the HR team with configuration of systems, during implementation, open enrollment, and other projects as needed.
    • Reviews pending system updates and helps prepare administrators and associates across the company for changes in user interface or available functionality.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes and determine solutions.
    • Work with the HR team on testing and implementation of new systems.
    • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and HR systems or process documentation.
    • Completes annually required reports in order to comply with state and federal requirements.
    • Provides improvement recommendations on HR technology processes and systems design.
    • Participate in special projects as required.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Adhere to confidentiality policies within Human Resources
    • Contributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals
    • Perform job specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi AppTec Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned
    • May be required to assist in other departments

     

     

    Qualifications

     Experience / Education:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Data Management, Workforce Analytics, and Report Writing
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT related fields (or equivalent experience) 

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

    • High level of skill in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent Organization skills
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Ability to Analyze data and assess configuration needs
    • Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills
    • Need to be able to read, write and understand English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook  

    Physical Requirements:          

    • Must be able to work in an office environment with minimal noise conditions.
    • Ability to Sit for long periods of time
    • Ability to Lift 5 lbs routinely
    • Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and reach
    • Clarity of Vision
    • Must be able to perform activities with repetitive motions
    • Inside working conditions
