  • Perform analytical testing as needed to the requirements of process development labs and ICH guidelines
  • Document data and analyze results promptly, clearly, and accurately.
  • Perform cell culture and sample analysis to support process development for later stage vaccine program.
  • Use various analytical techniques including HPLC/UPLC, qPCR, ELISA, etc.
  • Must be able to follow and execute SOPs and report data in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Write and revise analytical methods, testing protocols and reports, and other technical documents.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Immunology, Virology, or related discipline. 
  • Must be able to operate and maintain analytical instrument.
  • Knowledge and expertise in the following fields is preferred: Biochemistry and immunology principles and techniques, such as cell thawing, cell culture, cell-based assays, etc.
  • Experience with biological molecules and/or vaccines/viral testing and biosafety containment levels, preferably BSL-2
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Good communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). 
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good technical writing skills.
  • Must be able to work in lab settings with exposure to cells and vaccines/viruses.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
