Job Location: Shanghai/Tianjin/Wuhan/Chengdu, China

• Lead multiple medicinal chemistry projects to ensure timely delivery of project goals
• Analyze structure activity data and structure property data to address issues to move projects forward
• Manage project flow by working with multi-functional teams including chemistry, biology, DMPK, and toxicology
• Provide strategic advice to VP of IDSU as a key member supporting VP

• PhD in chemistry
• 10+ years medicinal chemistry experience and strong track record in project management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills and successful delivery of preclinical candidates
• Strong records in publication and patents
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (English) skill
