Overview

Job Summary:  

This person will be responsible for accomplishing results through the execution and delivery of the end to end, full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles. This includes but not limited to sourcing and recruiting for Scientific, Business Development and Project Management positions.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Will create sourcing strategies to provide exceptional candidate pipeline that leads to successful placement within business units
  • Pipeline candidates against job requirements
  • Serve as a mentor to more junior Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Leverage social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness
  • Conduct and use Boolean search engines, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, networking to conduct searches
  • Phone screen candidates
  • Source candidates
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status on a regular basis
  • Will at times be asked to lead Talent Acquisition projects or initiatives
  • Works on routine assignments per written procedures, where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
  • Normally receives minimal instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required
  • Contributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals
  • Perform job specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi AppTec Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Other duties as assigned
  • May be required to assist in other departments

Qualifications

Experience / Education  

  • 5 – 7 years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
  • High School diploma is required.
  • Bachelors’ degree with a focus in Human Resources is preferred

 

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Must have experience with recruitment and sourcing in the Life Science industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to source from multiple sources
  • Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills
  • Need to be able to read, write and understand English
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
