Provide a broad range of Human Resources expertise to support the achievement of business objectives of the Couvet facility. Participate as a member of the Couvet Leadership Team and partner with this team to provide HR leadership and guidance in all areas of HR, including harmonizing, planning and executing core HR processes and initiatives aligned with corporate and business unit goals. Examples include talent/performance management, salary planning and other compensation-re lated processes, talent acquisition, policy interpretation, HR Information System data integrity and others.
